Chickpeas Stir-fried with Chilies and Onion

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cans of cooked chickpeas (drained and washed)

  2. One white onion (minced)

  3. 2 Serrano chilies (minced)

  4. 2 teaspoons of Olive oil 

  5. ½ teaspoon of coriander powder

  6. ½ teaspoon of cumin powder

Directions:

  • In a large wok, heat up the oil and add the onions and serranos—sauté lightly till brown.

  • Add the drained chickpeas and spices and cook until the chickpeas are heated through.

  • Serve as a side dish or snack.
