September Newsletter: Let us change our perspective!
We are entering the Fall season slowly but surely, and it has been a time of ups and downs in our weather patterns, in our lifestyle and our government. Through all of this we all realize that there is no place like home. This word has become very special to all of us, as it is our haven during the havoc all around us.
I like to look at the brighter side of the picture and realize that this whole COVID season has afforded us the time to reflect on the important things in life which is our family and loved ones. Having said that, I wish that everyone will take time to cherish what are the most important things in your life?
Life does not go on forever, it is finite, so let us live it to the best of our ability. We are not perfect but let us strive to put the best part of ourselves forward every day and try to focus on the many blessings we have. This disciplined way of thinking and focus will allow us to move forward with confidence and hope.
This month in the Kitchen, I will focus on the benefits of Sage, and in our Kitchen prepare Langoustine in Garlic/pepper sauce. In our Monthly why section, we will also focus on the benefits of resistance training, as always, I wish that you will keep your health in center focus and live long and strong!
